With creativity and care for the planet in mind, we at Mamawell strive to create outstanding, fabulous products by transforming fabric scraps from the swimwear manufacturing industry into new, value-added products. Mamawell’s bags feature the characteristically vibrant colors and distinctive patterns of the swimwear fabrics, making them ideal for vacation and leisure time. We provide products that come in stylish and one-of-a-kind designs. Because of the way we choose swimwear fabric scraps as production materials, turning them into upcycled products can also contribute toward minimizing waste generated during the manufacturing process as well as avoiding environmental pollution.
About 2 years ago, Ms. Sunadda Norasarn — then a graduate of King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, with a degree in Industrial Design — started an upcycled bag brand, Mamawell. Based on her thesis on eco-friendly textiles, the products from Mamawell have given new life to discarded fabric scraps.
