SALETE was established by Ms. Nongnut Bumrungkun, who has combined her expertise in interior design and architecture with her passion for handwoven Thai silk craftsmanship. This over 200 year tradition is rapidly disappearing, and Nongnut has a plan to save it by integrating this crucial piece of Thai culture urban lifestyles. Inspired by the art of architectural lighting, she acquired a vision to reveal the true aesthetic of material using a cleverly simple design.
