Travelling from the top of Omkoi hill to a coffee cup, Truly Hill Coffee is justifiably famous for its single-origin, high quality Arabica coffee that is planted and produced in Omkoi, Chiang Rai. Its’ uniqueness lies in the selected Arabica coffee strain that is planted in the most suitable environment at the top of Omkoi hill, over 1000 meter above sea level; the use of healthy ingredients like stevia sweetener as a healthier choice; and the way the brand transforms the livelihood of children and the hill tribe community in Omkoi.
Truly Hill Coffee brand mission is to offer careers and elevate the quality of life for all hill tribe children and their community. “Kuen Roi Yim Su Tin Glai”, which means to return the smiles to the hill tribe minorities in Thai, project was thus established in 2010 with an aim to provide education to the hill tribe children in accordance to the Royal Initiative Project of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The project encourages hill tribe communities to cultivate coffee in order to prevent deforestation since coffee plants only grow under the shade of trees.
